Jill McGuckin of McGuckin Entertainment PR arrived in Austin long before the city gained its world-famous musical reputation. She was an original member of the Texas Chapter of The Recording Academy and appointed by the Mayor in the 1990s to the Austin Music Commission. She’s been a tireless worker in Texas and national entertainment scenes — as public relations consultant for bands like Reckless Kelly and T Bird and the Breaks; artists like Kevin Fowler and Gary P. Nunn; record labels including Universal South; service organizations like the groundbreaking Health Alliance for Austin Musicians. She’s earned “Best Publicist” honors and been named every year to Austin’s Fortunate 500 list of media stars. She is now considered the go-to girl to hook up musicians, record labels, local and national filmmakers, special event planners, community service program operators, respected visitors to the city, and members of the global media.| see her website |

Soon after, Peters began working for the largest independent booking agency in Hollywood and has run concerts booked talent in such world-famous venues as House Of Blues, Key Club, Troubadour, El Rey, and even ultra trendy and exclusive Lex Deux. In 2010, RC Peters relocated to Austin, Texas, where he noticed an immense amount of talent and an opportunity to help bands beyond local bookings.
